Shipping

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  It takes 3-5 days to process an order. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays.  All orders placed on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.  Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping.  Please allow three to five days for order processing.   All orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the following business day. 

Express Delivery

All orders for Next Day delivery must be placed before noon (CST) Monday - Friday.  Please allow one day for order processing.  All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following Monday.  Email jen@realiabyjen to set up and pay for express delivery. 

International Shipping

All orders placed outside the continental United States will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.  Product and shipping prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country to which you are shipping; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.

Order Delivery
Additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt is made for delivery.  realia by jen does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES).  Deliveries will only occur Monday - Friday.  Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

realia by jen is grateful for the continued customer support; therefore, customer satisfaction is a top priority.  

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, with the exception of custom orders, sale items and items purchased at events, returns will be accepted for store credit for up to 15 days from the date of receipt. This credit may be applied towards your next purchase.  The exchange order must meet or exceed the credit amount; a credit cannot be processed for remaining funds.

Please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped with the package.  Enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

If you would like to return an item for an even exchange, please include the name of the replacement piece and your payment information (if the new order will exceed the original total).  As well, the customer will bear the cost of the return shipping as well as the shipment of the exchanged product.  Either send a pre-addressed and stamped envelope with the return/exchange or paypal the shipping fee ($10.95) to realiabyjen@gmail.com.

In an effort to deliver the highest quality shopping experience, it is our continual goal to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, all websites are subject to human or technological errors. This may include typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -- including after an order has been submitted -- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt by clicking on the unsubscribe option at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at info@realiabyjen.com with "REMOVE" as the subject header. Order Cancellation

With the exception of unintentionally duplicated orders, you may NOT cancel a realia by jen order once it has been placed.

Once the credit card is approved the total dollar amount of the order is paid (transfer of funds) immediately.  Please note if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, the order is automatically cancelled.  

If you would like to use two credit cards, you may place a phone order (952.412.8331) and let us know the amount to charge on each credit card.

 Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied only to those shipping addresses’ that are located in Minnesota.

 Product Care

General Care
realia by jen jewelry has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Our metal pieces are plated and the gold is 14K gold plated and the silver is sterling silver plated. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and shine of your realia by jen jewelry.  Periodic examination of clasps and settings to ensure a secure fit is recommended. Contact with sweat, chlorinated and ocean water, perfumes, bug spray, and other chemicals and oils can cause the finish to discolor. We recommend for our customers to remove our pieces before exercising and swimming, and to avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelry. We recommend that you always put your jewelry on after you dress to help you avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics or other household chemicals.

Additionally, some people's skin pH is extremely acidic and this may cause the jewelry to turn colors. Some people never take of their jewelry and it looks perfect - even after continuous wear. It just depends on the person!

When it is not being worn, recommend that you store your jewelry in a suitably lined box or protective pouch.  To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately and aside from cuffs, bracelets should always be stored flat. 

Custom Sizes

realia by jen would love to keep all item sizes in stock for all products.  However, due to the custom nature of our products, not everything can be stocked in all sizes. To check size availability, please call us at 952.412.8331 or email jen@realiabyjen.com.

Repairs

Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair.  Please emaill jen@realiabyjen.com or call 952.412.8331 to arrange any repairs.  All repairs are handled on a case by case basis.  Charges are assessed once the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the realia by jen repair representative.  If you lose a part of the jewelry, you will be assessed a charge to replace the missing piece. 

If an order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform us immediately.  We apologize for the inconvenience if this occurs and there will be no charge for this kind of repair.  Please email jen@realiabyjen.com or call 952.412.8331 to arrange any repairs.  Please ship the order back within 15 days to avoid any delays or penalties.
